CCFC2016BC/CCFC2017BC Series

These 32-bit series of microcontroller based on PowerPC core are designed for automotive applications. Key features include:

1. High-performance PowerPC C3007 processor with 7-stage pipeline, supporting floating-point instructions, with operating frequency at 300MHz

2. On-chip storage: ECC protect memory of maximum 2.5MB CFlash, 512KB DFlash and 416KB RAM

3. Automotive-grade certification: AEC-Q100, Grade1

4. Function safety: ISO 26262 ASIL-B

5. Multiple package selection: LQFP176, LQFP144, LQFP100

6. Enhanced Time Processing Unit (eTPU2).

CCFC2007PT 

CCFC2007PT is the third-generation chip designed for powertrain and motor controller. Key features include:

1. High-performance PowerPC C3007 processor with 7-stage pipeline, supporting floating-point instructions, with operating frequency at 264MHz

2. On-chip storage: 4MB CFlash, 64KB DFlash, and 512KB RAM

3. Automotive-grade certification: AEC-Q100, Grade0

4. Package selection: BGA516

5. Enhanced Time Processing Unit (eTPU2).

CCFC3008PT with multicore architecture is developed to meet customer demands for higher computing power, higher information security levels, and higher functional safety levels. Key features include:

1. High-performance PowerPC C3007 processor with 7-stage pipeline( 2+1 cores) with operating frequency at 300MHz for strong computing capabilities

2. On-chip storage : ECC protect memory of maximum 4MB CFlash, 512KB DFlash and 640KB RAM

3. Automotive-grade certification: AEC-Q100,Grade0

4. Function safety: ISO 26262 ASIL-D

5. Multiple package selection:LQFP144, HQFP216, BGA292, BGA416

6. Supporting A/B partitioning and OTA upgrades

7. Rich timer units including eTPU2 and GTM Timer.

8. Abundant communication modules including MCAN, CANFD, FlexRay, LINFlexD and 10M/100M Ethernet with FEC
